The process of providing appraisal services includes several phases:

  1. The interested party fills out an online request for an appraisal through this website,
  2. A member of our team contacts the client to gather all necessary information regarding the appraisal,
  3. An authorized representative of our team prepares a draft appraisal contract and electronically sends it to the client for review,
  4. An authorized representative of our team prepares a draft statement of reliability and comprehensiveness of the presented data and electronically sends it to the client for review,
  5. After signing the appraisal contract and the statement of reliability and comprehensiveness of the presented data, the client sends a copy of both documents to the appraiser electronically, and the originals are sent to the appraiser by registered mail/hand-delivered to the address Aerodromska 2J-23, PO Box 247, 81000 Podgorica,
  6. A member of our team conducts an inspection of the subject of the appraisal, after which they proceed to draft the appraisal report using the prescribed valuation methodology,
  7. The appraiser sends the draft appraisal report to the client for review, setting a deadline for submitting any comments on the draft,
  8. The appraiser delivers the final appraisal report.
