He is a Licensed Auditor (Ministry of Finance of Montenegro), Authorized Internal Auditor at the Institute of Internal Auditors of Montenegro, Certified Accountant at the Institute of Certified Accountants of Montenegro.
  • He is an authorized appraiser for several commercial banks in Montenegro, an authorized appraiser for the Government Agency for Economic Restructuring and Foreign Investments of Montenegro, and an authorized appraiser for the Chamber of Assessors and Court Experts of Montenegro. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics, specializing in Accounting and Auditing. He served as a professor at the University of Singidunum in Belgrade – Business Faculty in Valjevo, with the title of associate professor in the field of Accounting and Auditing.
  • He previously served as a senior inspector in the Social Accounting Service, financial director of the company “Milan Blagojevic” in Smederevo, president of the Board of Directors of the Dairy Company in Nikšić, president of the Commission for the Identification of State Capital, and president of the Commission formed by the Government of Montenegro for the division of property in the municipalities of Berane and Petnjica, as well as the Commission formed by the Government of Montenegro for the division of property in the municipalities of Plav and Gusinje.
  • He is the founder and managing partner of the audit firm “HLB Mont Audit” LLC from Podgorica, a member of HLB International London. With over 30 years of experience in financial control, financial statement auditing, accounting, consulting, and related services.
  • He organizes and lectures at numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops organized by the Institute of Internal Auditors of Montenegro, the Montenegrin Association of Accounting and Financial Professionals, and the Chamber of Assessors and Judicial Experts of Montenegro. He is also the author and co-author of several manuals as well as scientific and professional papers published both domestically and internationally.
