2022 edition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The training is organized online, for obtaining one of the following titles:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified Real Estate Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Plant and Equipment Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Equity and Business Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Intangible Assets Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Financial Instruments Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Forest and Forest Land Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Orchard Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Crop Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Livestock Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certified Inventory Valuer<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Proficiency in Using MS EXCEL Tool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mt-1 flex gap-3 empty:hidden juice:-ml-3\">\n<div class=\"items-center justify-start rounded-xl p-1 flex\">\n<div class=\"flex items-center\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"flex\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex items-center pb-0.5 juice:pb-0\">\n<div class=\"[&amp;_svg]:h-full [&amp;_svg]:w-full icon-md h-4 w-4\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><div class=\"flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full\">\n<div class=\"min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5 juice:w-full juice:items-end overflow-x-auto gap-2\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"11a41d8a-0813-45dd-bb8a-ae2a97164a25\">\n<div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 juice:empty:hidden juice:first:pt-[3px]\">\n<div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\">\n<p>During the education, candidates acquire knowledge to perform valuations for:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Financial reporting purposes in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);<\/li>\n<li>Analysis, consideration, or execution of transactions, i.e., buying and selling of assets, liabilities, or equity, mergers and acquisitions, or restructuring, for internal management purposes of a company&#8217;s management for making strategically significant decisions;<\/li>\n<li>Legal, investment, or commercial disputes;<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition of additional funding sources and mortgage or pledge collateral;<\/li>\n<li>Valuation of asset values in bankruptcy proceedings, in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mt-1 flex gap-3 empty:hidden juice:-ml-3\">\n<div class=\"items-center justify-start rounded-xl p-1 flex\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Certification Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Education:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Work Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the title of Certified Real Estate Valuer: minimum of three years of experience in real estate valuations<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the title of Certified Plant and Equipment Valuer: minimum of three years of experience in plant and equipment valuations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If a candidate does not meet the work experience criterion, they can attend lectures and take exams as part of the program, but the professional certification will not be awarded until proof of acquired work experience is provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Practical Training:<\/strong>Candidates are required to watch online lectures from the protected section of the website <a href=\"http:\/\/dls-cg.com\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/dls-cg.com\/<\/a>.
